Sound CouTOURe Featuring Koku Gonza Chicago Date Announced
New York–Sound CouTOURe, a series of live listening events featuring independent soul singer/songwriter Koku Gonza, will stop in Chicago, Illinois on September 25 2010. The event, taking place at The Silver Room in Wicker Park Shopping District from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm; will consist of an acoustic performance of songs from Gonza’s new album “RADIOZOPHRENIC” and an audience Q&A session.
In addition to the live performance and Q&A session, the event will feature photographic art and exclusive shopping opportunities. Attendees will receive a complimentary discounts on items at the Silver Room, Entwine Couture Hair Care Products, music from Koku Gonza. Gonza and SongModel Management have partnered with Dr. Miracle’s, Melodrama Boutique, Savant Marketing, Georgia of New York, The Silver Room and ChristinaKristin Co. to present the 2010 Sound CouTOURe Tour. The tour melds art, fashion and sound in an eclectic and intimate setting. Additional dates to be announced soon.
About Koku Gonza
Independent singer/songwriter/producer and model Koku Gonza has released two albums, “Confessions of a Songwriter” and “Playground”. A staple on the Chicago indie soul scene, she performs frequently at festivals and showcases. Notable past performances include the Chicago Soul Music Festival, where she was featured alongside Roy Ayers; the Super Soul event with Grammy® nominated Yahzarah of Foreign Exchange; and Peace House Africa featuring Grammy® nominated Matthew Santos.
